Annual Leave:
We recognise the importance of a good work-life balance and provide generous holiday entitlements for our support staff colleagues, ranging from 23 to 34 days depending upon your grade and length of service plus statutory bank holidays and three concessionary days which are normally taken on the Tuesdays immediately following the spring and late summer public holidays, and a concessionary day’s leave at Christmas on a day to be fixed each year.

David Wilson - Education Worker Scheme (Teacher/ TA Only):

Annual NHS Health Checks:
All colleagues will have access to on-site FREE NHS Health Checks in Hull on behalf of Hull City Council. NHS Health Checks take the form of FREE individual 20-30 minute health checks, recording information such as height, weight, blood pressure, cholesterol, BMI, and alcohol intake.
Display Screen User Eye Tests
As an employer, we protect our workers from the health risks of working with display screen equipment (DSE), such as PCs, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. We provide DSE workstation assessment and provide an eye test if a worker asks for one.

Long Service
In recognition of long and valued service, the Trust will mark its appreciation by awarding a Long Service Award to those employees who have served in a Thrive school: 10 years is a letter of recognition along with a pin badge from the Headteacher. 25 years is a letter of recognition from the CEO, a pin badge, and a gift up to the value of £150.
The award for those staff who retire with over 20 years is a letter of recognition and thanks from the CEO and Headteacher
